Their season came to a close with a narrow defeat to Castletown of Meath in Saturday’s Leinster Junior Club Semi Final.
“The lads represented themselves and the club and their families extremely well all year and for that we will take a lot of belief and courage going forward,” Walsh said.

The Baltinglass man wasn’t in the mood for making excuses either despite not getting the rub of the green on a few occasions.
“Look we will take it on the chin, I don’t like using excuses. It is what it is now,” he added.
Clonmore will no doubt take a lot of encouragement going in to 2023 as they mount an assault on the Carlow Intermediate Football Championship.
